I'm Vickie and Maverick & Scout is my little business, named after my two youngest children, Delilah Scout and Freddie Maverick. Altogether I have four wonderfully feral children, and we live in our small home in Yorkshire, England.

Supporting the worlds fight against fast fashion is important to me, therefore all the materials I use are deadstock. This means they have been rejected by the fashion industry for a variety of reasons, the colour shade, the pattern too large or too small, the list of reasons is endless.  These materials are usually thrown into landfill or burned, both of which have a huge detrimental effect on the environment. 

Every item is hand made by me, so you can buy confidently knowing you are helping to save the environment and not contributing to pollution and waste. And not only that, but you are supporting a small business & family!
