Please read these terms and conditions carefully, by purchasing from Maverick & Scout you are agreeing to these terms.

These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations, please keep a copy for your records.

Shipping Information & Time Scales

Handmade items take approximately 10-14 days to create, this time is an addition to shipping. Ready made items will be dispatched within 1 working day. All items are sent by Royal Mail Second Class Signed For, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Safety

By purchasing Maverick & Scout products, you are accepting full responsibility for their correct use. Maverick & Scout waivers responsibility for accident & injury incurred by improper care and use of its products.

Returns

Custom made items are exempt from Consumer Contract Regulations unless faulty, it is the customers responsibility to ensure all details are correct upon ordering.

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to allow us to be able to rectify any issues.

Maverick & Scout require some information from you to be enable to create and deliver your orders. All private information provided to Maverick & Scout will remain private and will never be used, redistributed or sold to third parties.
